The Angel House:

House #2 Designed by Shadowens Studios

Our second home build, attainable for a local working family is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home at 1344 sqft. This is a home designed by local architect Amanda Shadowens. Renderings and progress photos are below. Construction began November 2025 and was completed in late Spring 2026! This house was titled “The Angel House” as the working capital needed to build this home was contributed by a handful of “Angels” in the form of a zero-interest loan!
