Housing Help

Congratulations for taking the first step!

Housing access can be a challenge, and reaching out for help is the first step.

At Housing Hub, we aim to be a full-service provider that meets you where you are in your housing situation and walks with you as you meet your housing goals.

Whether your goal is to purchase a newly built single-family home or to gain control of your finances to help your living situation,

Housing Hub can help.

Let’s get started!

One Way to Start - Two Programs to Help

Homeownership Program

The Homeownership program guides households through the mortgage qualification process at banks or other financial institutions, and then builds new, affordable homes which can be purchased at an attainable price. Your income, along with other factors, will determine your eligibility for this program.

Housing Coaching Program

In the Housing Coaching program, you meet one-on-one with our housing coach who helps you set long-term housing goals and then work on a plan to meet those goals.

Housing Coaching is a free program, and anyone at any income level can get coaching help.

Step 1: Fill out and submit the IINITIAL INTEREST FORM. Once completed one of our housing guides will schedule a one-on-one meeting to discuss what opportunities and resources might be available to you.

This INITIAL INTEREST FORM is not an application and does not determine if you qualify for a program. However, the form does give us direction on how to best assist you in your needs - whether its Housing Coaching, Homeownership, or a combination of the two.

Physical copies of the Initial Interest Form are available at our office at the Littell Partin Center, 14399 US 41, Suite 230, Tracy City.
