While there is no official deadline for applying, our Construction Trainee Program is capped at 5 participants and filled on a rolling basis. After you complete this form, our Director of Housing Development will reach out within a week to schedule an informal interview.

The next 12-week program starts on August 24, 2026, to coincide with the construction of our third home.
