Rick Dulaney

Rick spent his 52-year working career first in public service as a large housing agency CFO and later CFO of a major Tennessee City. Later, he served as a public finance investment banker for 37- years with an international financial services company.

He is a Kingsport native and graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (B.S. and M.P.A.). Rick and his wife, Sheridan, moved to the mountain community from Brentwood in 2019 with their Dandie Dinmont terriers where he worked remotely until retirement in 2024.

Currently, Rick serves as Treasurer of the Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club and of its associated Foundation, both of which support many charitable organizations principally in the tri-county area.
